Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at holzundgefuehl@proton.me within 14 days of receiving your order, providing the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

We will then provide you with all further information regarding the return.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items not returned in perfect condition may be rejected or only partially refunded.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. For approved refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, faulty, or incorrectly delivered. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
