Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and made ready for shipment within 1–3 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or Austrian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver within Austria and to all EU member states. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us in advance at holzundgefuehl@proton.me.

3. Delivery Times

  • Austria: 2–5 business days
  • EU Countries: 5–10 business days

In special circumstances (e.g., high order volume, public holidays), delivery times may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you by email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order volume and are displayed transparently. Any free shipping promotions will be communicated directly in the shop.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link, which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Delays

Holz&Gefühl is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal service providers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we always strive to inform you of any delays.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or if it is lost, please contact us immediately at holzundgefuehl@proton.me. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
