Shipping Policy

We deliver within Austria and to all EU member states. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us in advance at holzundgefuehl@proton.me.

3. Delivery Times

  • Austria: 2–5 business days
  • EU Countries: 5–10 business days

In special circumstances (e.g., high order volume, public holidays), delivery times may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you by email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order volume and are displayed transparently. Any free shipping promotions will be communicated directly in the shop.

Die VULCANUS TERRA ist nicht einfach nur eine Böschungsmauer. Sie ist eine Symbiose aus historischem Altholz und der japanischen Veredelungstechnik Shou Sugi Ban. Durch kontrolliertes Karbonisieren der Oberfläche wird das Holz nicht nur tiefschwarz und ästhetisch brillant, sondern auch auf natürliche Weise konserviert.
